As you had mentioned XB3 compatibility with landline phone and internet services of Comcast kindly note :
Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
Please contact your ISP for the same .
Or If you have Arris modem as your product please mention the products model number.
