I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes.
When I log into surfboard central and under “My Devices”, they are all listed, but I cannot tell what all of them are. I can see my computer and my cell phones, but all the others I cannot identify. How do I tell what the devices are so that I can name them so that I will recognize which device I am working with?

In this case the only option is checking the IP address or the MAC address on the respective device or using the application for that device confirm the details with your surfboard app information. After confirming you can change the name of the device on the surfboard central app or on the modem GUI or interface.
