As of 6:30 am my internet connection has been shut off after a power outage. Which occured multiple times before and the service stayed on but stopped at 6:30 am. Its in Georgia where the flooding is happening. When should I expect my connection to return?

TG2472 is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
