Sure, I requested a refund for a product a few months ago but never returned it. I just received the money the other day without ever returning it.

Could you please provide us with the model number of the product for which you requested a refund? Also, did you get in touch with our tech support regarding the refund request?

I have no idea how to contact support. The support page (https://arris.my.salesforce-sites.com/consumers/ConsumerProductSupport) provides no live chat or phone number despite having tabs for them. The model was an S33.
