I recently moved into a new home and there’s a router here with all the stuff but I need to activate it in my own name how do I do so?

Looks like an ISP supplied device. You’d need to contact the ISP to have them provision it to your account.

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
