So I have only six devices that should be connected to my internet at this moment in time there are seven so there is someone using my internet that I don't know and there's no option to get rid of them I changed the password but that didn't help can anyone help me?

In this case to help you further could you please help me with the modem model number.
Also please check for the device name which is mentioned on the connected device list as Unknown or check for the name of unknown device to isolate the issue.
