Unable to connect Surfboard App

Arris homeassure app not connecting to my arris router TG2482,says it cannot connect to my wireless gateway.plus I done everything what it says in there still nothing.

Sorry we are not sure about app for TG2482 , do check with your ISP.

Hello Unknown75,

 

TG2482 is not supported  device by Arris  so kindly check from your ISP (Internet Service  Provider)
