Disabled ports on Arris SBG7600AC2 how do I enable them?

I have 2 ethernet ports on my Arris SBG7600AC2 wifi router that show being disabled. How do I enable them?

Hello klingwh

           Please follow the steps mentioned below to enable ethernet port on the modem SBG7600AC2             

  1. Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key.  The Login page will appear.
  2. On the Login page, enter admin in the User Name field.
  3. Enter password or a customized password in the Password field.
  4. On the home page select LAN setup
  5. On the left menu select Ports
  6. After selecting port from the drop down select Enable 
  7. Click Apply

Thanks for the info, I had tried that before so I disabled the port then I and also turned on energy efficient Ethernet and enabled port and applied. The port was enabled! Thanks again for your guidance.
