I'm trying to set up my modem but how do I access the setting so I can turn off parental control and the firewall setting because the customer service for my deco router says that they have to be off in order for everything to work. Can anybody help me? Is there an app I can download to turn them off because Im not able to contact the customer service for this modem due to them being closed. I have the SBG10

You should be able to use the steps in the link to turn off the Firewall and Parental Control features.
