Hello.  Can you please let me know if there is a way to change my web-based interface (GUI) password?  Thank you.

I was able to get technical support team to assist. I just had to reset the device and uninstall the app and redo it directly through the web interface bypassing the phone app.  Then installing the phone app afterwards.  Thank you for your assistance.
