Model arris SBG10 telling me my log in credentials have changed. Please help, I cannot access the menu for the update.

It seems you're unable to log in to the modem's GUI page because you're unsure of the custom password that was set earlier.
You can try using the default credentials:

Username: admin
-
Password: password
If these credentials donโt work, I would request you to perform a factory reset on the modem to restore the default login information.
