I have been trying for the better part of an hour to log in to surfboard manager and it won’t let me create an account. I put in my email address and the first ten times it said that it couldn’t find my email address, then it finally prompted me to create an account. I put in my email address and name and created a password and it keeps saying to enter a correct new password and it won’t allow me to get past that. Help

This is the reason I joined this forum. I cannot log in either. It does not request a new password - just requests ‘my’ password which I have not set up.
