Does this product have an app I am able to use to manage my network?

You can use the SURFboard Central app with your S33 (app functions stated by @TechRep).  Since the S33 is a cable modem, your network is managed by your wireless router.  Check your router’s manual to see if they offer an app to manage your network.

    You can use the SURFboard Central app, it’s available on both the Google play store as well as the Apple App store.

    Hi, you can download the SURFboard Central app, you can find on Google Play (Android) or Play Store (ios). With the app you can install the unit and even activate the internet (if you ISP has self activation). With the app you can access to user Guides, FAQs
