I’m trying to register my modem (S34) and my serial number is not recognized, seems like a common occurrence. 

 

When I try and access the link  www.arris.com/consumersupport it redirects to “CommScope”.  Is this normal?  I don’t see any Arris product page there. Whats up with that?
