I am trying to set up an Arris S33 with Liveoak fiber internet service and the unit never stops blinking green.
tried resetting it twice and it only goes back to flashing green.
doesn’t go into pair mode or set up mode.

the S33 is a coax modem. Not a fibre modem. Did you check with liveoak to see if it was even compatible?
