It looks like S33 is not able to connect internet .
Please check if the LED lights are Solid Blue and ethernet port light is flashing green or amber
Try the below mentioned steps :

After Reset : Try checking cable signal levels :

Also, connect modem directly to a computer (windows/Mac) and check the IPV4 address:

Press “Windows Key” and Letter “R” Key together it will lead to “Run” screen
Type on the Open option “cmd” and press “Ok”
It will lead to a blank screen type on the cursor : “ipconfig” and press enter : There will be commands displayed , choose Ethernet adapter Ethernet: and check for IPV4 address and update the same
If it is a Mac Computer : Follow the steps:
Click on the :Apple Icon option and choose System Preferences option and choose network and click on Ethernet and check IPV4 address and update the same .
If IPV4 shows an error as “media disconnected “ please try with a different ethernet cable or device .
Note: Please follow the steps with the port connected to the router .
