Hi my modem started flashing at the power source (on the plug-blue light) and at the base in white (Amber).
We got a new smart washing machine that shared the same outlet the same day the modem seemed to be dead.
The modem used to be on a power strip extension and it was moved to the direct plug.
wont reset with the button.
is it fried?
