After working fine for 6 months, the modem will not power on. I’ve unplugged the power cable twice and have tried the reset button. Also checked all cables, etc.; this is the only component not working. It seems obvious, but is there anything I’ve overlooked?

Please try connecting modem to different power outlet or using different power cable to check on the modem. If still same issue persist please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance.
