I am beyond frustrated here. To preface, I have the worst ISP possible - Zito Media. I honestly feel like Zito is the culprit but they refuse to provide any useful information. I own this modem and intentionally bought it so I could drop the rental Zito modem. I want to access the web manager to alter settings as needed. However, I cannot get into my modems manager. 192.168.100.1 just gives me a “hmm...can’t reach this page” message. Ipconfig tells me my default gateway is 192.168.4.1 (which doesn’t work either of course). I tried to reset the modem and for a very brief 2 minutes I was able to get into the manager but as soon as it reconnected to my ISP the manager connection terminated and displayed the “hmm...can’t reach this page” message again. Please help!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused as ​@plemans  mentioned, please try the workaround method. However, before doing so, make sure to connect the S34 directly to your computer using an Ethernet cable.

Once connected, check the Default Gateway address. It should be 192.168.100.1 If this is the case, you will be able to access the interface page (GUI) without needing the workaround.

If the Default Gateway is different from 192.168.100.1, please proceed with the workaround method.
