My Arris 33 is disconnected a few days ago. I’ve tried a hard reboot. It won’t come back on. There’s nothing wrong with our service provider. We’ve already checked there help

Could you please provide the model number of your product? If you're referring to the S33, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Plug the modem into a different power outlet.
  2. If possible, try using a different power adapter.
