Got Xfinity to activate and working but can’t log in to admin portal

If you’re connected to your home router, it may not route traffic to the modem.  

 

If you’re connected to the 2nd Ethernet port on the S33, you’ll need to configure the PC’s network settings to the following:

IP Address - 192.168.100.5
Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
Gateway/Router - 192.168.100.1

DNS not needed to access the S33 admin portal.
