I just installed and set up an Arris Surfboard S33. We are running Windows 10 on our PCs. When I go to the Surfboard Management console at 192.168.100.1 and enter “admin” and “password:” as instructed by the user manual, I get an error message that the username and password are not correct. This happens with all browsers. Can anyone provide any guidance, assistance or correct instructions? Thank you.

Please try the below steps
- On the Login page, enter admin in the Username field.
- Enter password or the last 8 digit of the serial number in Password field then click the Apply button.

We would also suggest you to try on direct connection without router to access interface or GUI.
