Can't register S33 modem. Says S/N not valid

I tried calling the number it gives with the error, but it just hangs up.

Hi  I have the same issue. Copy pasting the serial from device information page. Cannot find  serial number. Instant hangup when calling the support number… Please help.

The model number on the bottom of modem is 

P/N SB00DAD3S33V3

Trying to verify warranty info and getting S/N not found.
