I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for an order for the Surfboard S33, but it looks like it’s still Awaiting Shipment. Since I don’t know when this will ship, I want to cancel my order and find a different vendor.

Have you ever visited that link? In order to pass go it requires you to provide the serial number of the device.  Since I have not received the device I don’t have the serial number. Thus that link is not helpful. Thank you though. 


Exactly as Eric said. I have tried going to that link but then does not provide any assistance for canceling my order or contacting customer support. In fact, it redirects me here to the forums. Please cancel my order or provide a phone number/email that I can contact to cancel my order.
