As the post states, I can’t see the modem...maybe because I can’t see it through my router? Am trying to connect via wifi, should I connect hard to the modem itself? I don’t see a cable input to do that.
Are you trying to access it using its 192.168.100.1 address?
Yes
What response do you get? Whats your setup? (modem--->router--->router/ap/device)
Nothing happens. Eventually it times out.
have you tried other browsers/devices?
Also, did you tried while hardwired into the modem?
I have a similar issue. The if the S33 has been running for any length of time and I try and access it, it will lock up, and drop connection. If I power cycle it, I can reach the modem no problems, however at some point, I haven’t spent much time on it, it will then get into this mode where it simply times out. Not sure what exactly is going on here, but there is some sort of software/firmware bug for sure.
Thanks,
Chris
