Just hooked up the S33 and cant access the web manager through 192.168.100.1
If I set a static IP to: 192.168.100.10 and subnet: 255.255.255. 0
I will lose internet connection and still cannot connect to the web manager.
I have internet access if I let it assign the IP automatically. Checking the network details it sets the
default gateway to 75.70.120.1 and subnet to 255.255.252.0
Pressing the reset button on the bottom of the S33 didnt help.
Any ideas?

S33 is just a cable modem. It is just a plug and play device so you can access modem GUI or modem web interface only on direct connection because sometime the router will not allow access to modem GUI. please follow the steps mentioned on below article to access modem GUI. you can try the last 8digit of your modem serial number on the password field of the modem login screen if that is not working you can type the word password in the password field. Cable modem doesn't have any advanced configuration on to change the IP of the modem.
