One cell phone in our household has ‘privacy warning’ and cannot access the internet. Everything else is working fine including all other cellular devices in the network.

Cannot get online to see what is connected. Need to reset username and password on Arris and do not see where to send email to reset

The S33 is a cable modem, which allows only one device to be connected via Ethernet at a time. Since you have multiple devices connected, are you using a router with the modem?

To log in to the interface page, open a browser and enter 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Use the username "admin" and the password, which could either be "password" or the last 8 digits of the modem's serial number.

If this doesn't work, you may want to consider performing a factory reset on the modem to restore the default credentials.

Like @SURFboard Moderator says, the S33 is a modem. It doesn’t do any blocking/anything like that. What router do you have/ that’d be the key
