I recently activated a new S33 modem and sought to register it via the SurfBoard Central app. The MAC and Serial number are accurate, however the device model name showing is SB6190. I cannot find a way to edit this field to correct the device model name to SB33. Can someone provide guidance on how I can correct this error so my registration data is accurate?

In this case we would suggest you to try on different device to setup Surfboard central app if still same error occur you can help us with the screen shot of the error to check on this case further.
