I’m trying to activate s33 with Comcast and the s33 modems MAC address is not coming up it the data base as being attached to a model

try logging into the S33 and look at the mac address on its status page to make sure they match


Have the same issue @Rredford73. I called them and they told me the MAC address wasn’t accepted some error. Extremely frustrating. How does one log into the S33?


One logs in by going to 192.168.100.1.

Thanks @LoveMyLab . I figured it out yesterday. I’ve done it before but it’s been so long and Surfboards app kind of threw me. I just hooked up my computer to the modem via an ethernet cable and logged in.
