Compatibility of S33 and S34 while enabling VPN on the devices

I have Spectrum 400MB plan.  Can I use either S33 or S34 modems?   Particularly attaching to company VPN.  I've been told that my connection has a lot of Jitter.  Will either of these devices help that?

Both S33 and S34 works with Spectrum up to 1 Gbps plan.  So it will work with the 400 Mbps plan.  If you’re going through a Wi-Fi router, that router could causing the Jitter or it could be the line outside of your home.

The S33 and S34 are modem specific devices. Its rarely the modem that causes jitter issues.

What router are you currently using?

Are you connected over wifi or ethernet?

Have you checked the current cable connections page on your device?

What actual modem do you have right now?

What router are you using?

Has the ISP checked the line quality?
