connecting s33 to comcast

I can’t connect my new S33 to comcast, because I need to go to comcast’s activation page to activate it. But with the S33 physically connected, I have no internet access, so I can’t get to the activation page. Catch 22. Also, the “quick start card” wants me to scan a QRC to get “step-by-step” instructions for installation, but I don’t have a phone and can’t do that.

As you confirmed that you are trying to activate the new S33, if you are unable to access the activation page, we recommend attempting self‑activation using your mobile device. Alternatively, you may contact your service provider’s support team, who will request the modem’s MAC ID to complete the activation
