How do I know if my surfboard is corrupted. The past 3 days I have lost service at 930pm until 930 am the next morning. I went onto my surfboard S33 to see if it would tell me anything and it said firmware NA and service provider NA which I thought was weird. It also wouldn't let me refresh, it said last refresh was November something but instead just kept rerouting my refresh attempt to this thing called Fing. Any help please.

What router do you have? 

when it drops, do all devices drop? Just wireless? 

When it drops, what are the leds on the s33 showing? 

When its down, can you log into the s33 and check its log and cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream info)
