Default login and password do not work in S33

S33 v2

The modem has been activated and is connected.

However, I am unable to login using the default user and password.

What is my next step?

Launch a web browser and enter it in the address box as 192.168.100.1.

Enter the username as admin and password as password or last 8 digit of the serial number.
