does anybody else this company be terrible? No customer service on the weekend. It seems like everybody has the same problem. I do you cannot reset the admin password no matter what you do.

Try to reset the admin password on this device. I have tried every suggestion there is and nothing works in this company because they have no customer service on the weekends. I’ve had nothing. It’s a piece of shit.
