If your provider offers a fiber optic connection over Ethernet, you can consider gateway models such as SBG8300, G18, G20, G34, G36, and G54. For these models to work with a fiber optic Ethernet connection, you’ll need to change the configuration from gateway mode to router mode.
Alternatively, you can also explore our Max routers, which are compatible with fiber connections.
If your provider offers a coaxial connection, we recommend checking with them for the list of approved ARRIS Surfboard models that support coaxial connectivity.
