How do i initiate a warranty Claim for S33 V.1

My S33 is rebooting constantly, overheating to the point where I had to put a fan underneath it and it's no longer helping.  How and where do I get the warranty process stated.  My Modem is under warranty till 2025.  

In this case please disconnect the modem  for safety reason and reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport to proceed further on your case.
