I Did not get email confirmation on S34 Modem purchase

I just purchased the S34 modem and never got an email confirmation.  I have a login and got some marketing email but am unable to initiate a chat, call or any means of contacting Arris.

 

This doesn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
