We bought a arris surfboard model s33 in January 2022. Sunday it stopped working.  I work from home, virtual school for my kids, and don't have time for any shenanigans with my computer.  We went out and purchased another modem but I'm wondering if we have any recourse since this is only a little over a year old and they aren't cheap.  This is the second time this has happened but the first time I actually knew when it was purchased and approximately where although I don't have the original receipt. Am I just out because of a bad product or can I get a replacement 🤔?
