I lost my software license paper for my s33 modem. How do I get it back?

I bought a s33 modem about three months ago from Walmart. I've been lazy and didn't bother to hook it up but of course I want to now and I can't find the software license. What do I do to get that back?

I don’t think you need the software license to setup your S33 modem.  All the product documentations are on arris.com/consumersupport.
