Incorrect username or password on S34

Forum|alt.badge.img

I keep getting the same error message using admin for username and password for the password for the web access. I’ve also tried admin for password (all lower case).

I then did a reset with the button on the bottom. The modem rebooted, but it still won’t take the default username and password. This modem was new out of the package and is successfully connected with my spectrum internet. Device Status button works fine. Any suggestions?

tried the last 8 of the serial number for password?
