Everyday for the past 4 days around the same time our modem loses connection for a couple hours and has the blinking green light. I’ll attach a picture of the modem page and what it’s telling me. Our ISP is Comcast if that matters. Haven’t had any before this.
 

 

If the modem is not having solid blue light on front panel then we should check the modem by connecting device to the modem ethernet port to find the IPV4 address using command prompt and also try accessing modem GUI on direct connection if that is accessible then you can perform hard reset on the modem for 30 secs by pressing and holding reset button at the back of your modem. Then contact your service provider to reactivate your modem.
