As the title says, for the last few months we’ve had our internet dropping out randomly, multiple times a day. Our ISP Xfinity finally came out and they replaced outdoor connections, and tested indoors but the S33 v2 lights didn’t register internet drop though he was holding the cable. 
 

When tested on their modem, it showed internet loss immediately and the internet was stable. Would like someone to tell me how I can fix this as we work remote and this is unacceptable. 

S33 is just a cable modem, its a plug and play device so to isolate the issue you need to connect any device for direct connection and monitor connection for 24hrs and if still internet drops we would suggest you to check for the signal level mentioned on the modem GUI by following the steps mentioned on the below link.
