ISP shows signal to S33 but no connection

Breezeline shows signal to my S33 but have no connectivity through eero router or through direct hardwire to the modem!

How do you know its getting signal? 

Were they able to activate it? 

Something with the S33 is that even though it has more than 1 ethernet port, only 1 device can be connected. Try powering off the modem and the router. Wait 10 minutes. 

then power on the router and give it a couple minutes to fully boot. then connect the eero to the S33 (only 1 port) and power it on. give it a couple minutes to fully boot and run a connection test/internet setup on the eero.

Thank you so much for responding. Turns out that the modem merely needed to be reset. All is working now!! Thanks again.
