How do you know its getting signal?
Were they able to activate it?
Something with the S33 is that even though it has more than 1 ethernet port, only 1 device can be connected. Try powering off the modem and the router. Wait 10 minutes.
then power on the router and give it a couple minutes to fully boot. then connect the eero to the S33 (only 1 port) and power it on. give it a couple minutes to fully boot and run a connection test/internet setup on the eero.
