My s33 modem lights cycle from white, green than solid amber for two minutes and the cycle repeats. I tried hard resetting the modem but the button seems broken and there is no give or tension. I’ve left the power unplugged for hours but it wouldn’t sync with Xfinity. I got a new modem from Xfinity and that works. I’d like to get a replacement as it’s only 6 months since I bought it

As per your information, it looks like the modem is defective as the button is broken.
