HI , MY S3 bought July 2023 , stopped working yesterday…  I supposed it was Xfiny error, and I ask for a tech visit… The tech showed me that the problem is my modem. EVen though the light is green , is not working at all. 

The tech showed me the service up and running, and we tested with another modem he brought ..  The problem is my S3 .
