New S34 and I performed a factory reset but the Android app never promoted me to change password or have an option to do so.  I tried to connect to the Web console using my wifi and chrome on Android and it doesn't connect.  I currently do not have a laptop to bind via Ethernet.  What good is the app as it doesn't have any functionality when it's up and running. 

I am about to return this device and go to security solid modems by other vendors.
