Modem Stopped working - S33

My S33 modem is connected to our google wifi and the other day it went from working to this amber or green ish color and nothing is able to even detect that it is working at all. My wife tried calling and the guy even said during the trouble shooting process that it might have just broken but has anyone else had a similar issue or problem and is there a work around?

Perform basic troubleshooting linke power cycling the modem for a minute or try doing manual reset for 15-30 secs by pressing the reset button at the back of the modem then after the modem reboots completely connect any device to the modem directly without router and check for the IPV4 address. 
Also check on the service provider application whether your modem shows online or not if that shows offline you can try activating modem again.
