Hi! I need to return the Arris S33 modem that I bought a week or so ago. How do I do that? And FYI, I already opened it unfortunately because I realized I bought the wrong product afterwards. Thank you for your help and time!

If you bought the device directly from Arris site to return we would suggest you to reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport if not you can take the device to Place of purchase for return.
