My Arris S33v2 stopped working and has a white light in the front. What does a white light indicate? Seen meaning for other colored lights but not white

Are you still able to log on to your S33’s Web Manager interface using the 192.168.100.1 IP address?

If yes, you might try to compare your connection status to the example found near the bottom of the S33: Web Manger Access page, in order to further diagnose your issue.

We understand that you’re S33 is not working let's try doing a “Factory Reset” on the modem and after the “Factory Reset” please check the light status of the S33 with and without co-axial cable.

The LED light status needs to be “Solid Blue”
